PT Kimia Farma Tbk and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the Development of Strategic Cooperation in the Health Services Sector. This is a strategic foundation for the two companies, including their subsidiaries, to cooperate through various activities, activities, and transactions.
At the same time, PT Medika Komunika Teknologi (KlikDokter), a subsidiary of Kalbe engaged in digital-based health services and PT Kimia Farma Apotek, a subsidiary of Kimia Farma in the health retail sector, signed two cooperation agreements. The agreements include online drug redemption with prescriptions through the KlikDokter application and through the KALStore marketplace, which is serviced through KFA pharmacy outlets. Another agreement is cooperation on telemedicine services through video calls on the Kimia Farma Mobile application.
The Memorandum of Understanding between Kimia Farma and Kalbe Farma was signed by David Utama as President Director of PT Kimia Farma Tbk and Vidjongtius as President Director of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. The Cooperation Agreement between Kimia Farma Apotek and KlikDokter was signed by Agus Chandra, President Director of Kimia Farma Apotek and Hendra Tjong, President Director of KlikDokter.
This collaboration in the field of health services is a form of Kimia Farma and Kalbe’s commitment to supporting government health programs through preventive and promotive efforts.
